What is MallDash?

Its convenient ordering process allows seniors and PWD to experience the fun at Robinsons Malls, whether they are vibing at the mall or at home. It allows orders from multiple stores, 1-hour or scheduled fulfillment, assisted shopping, and even delivery service for big and bulky orders!
How does MallDash work?
With only 4 simple steps, you can get your shopping done online from Robinsons Place Antipolo, Robinsons Place Ilocos, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Place Las Pinas, or Robinsons Place Manila to arrive by your doorstep in as fast as one hour:
Step 1: Head over to www.MallDash.ph
Use your phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet to sign up for free! Verify via email and, simply log in and select the Robinsons Mall you’re ordering from.
Step 2: Fill up your shopping cart.
You can manually identify the items you need one by one, or to make things even easier, you can use MallDash’s exclusive feature, Snap and Pabili. All you have to do is upload a photo of your shopping list or the very item that you need. [check out this blog post for more information]
Step 3: Proceed to “My Cart” on the upper-right corner of the page, and check out.
Step 4: Confirm your details.
You can even schedule your order to be delivered on another date. This can be up to three days in advance, which can benefit any elderly or PWD on a routine so that your essentials arrive on time every time! [Read our previous blog post for more information]

It gets better — with the recent approval of the JMC No. 01, series of 2022, senior citizens and PWDs can avail of the 20% discount even when shopping online! This also includes an additional 8% VAT exemption. With MallDash, all you have to do is upload a photo of your senior citizen or PWD ID in the MallDash Pabili section when making your purchase and our Dashers will ensure that you get to avail of the discount.
Otherwise, you can always contact your assigned personal Dasher via call, SMS, or Viber and they’ll process the transaction for you. After all, MallDash aims to provide the highest quality of service — complete with convenience and accessibility!
