HOW TO REDEEM

  1. Open your browser and sign up/log in at www.MallDash.ph.
  2. Select a mall, search stores, and select items you wish to purchase. You can also manually type or upload an order list on Pabili section. Click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Review your transaction: items on your cart, name and delivery address, and contact information.
  4. Enter the voucher code at the bottom before checking out.
  5. The discount value will be automatically deducted from the total amount. For orders with Pabili transactions, the discount and final amount will be provided by the assigned Dasher.
  6. Pay in cash or GCash when the order arrives.
  7. All orders will be verified via an initial call. If unanswered after 3 call attempts in a span of 30 minutes, the order will be canceled.
  8. Customers may use the promo code up to three times (3x)!

PROMO ELIGIBILITY

  1. Open to all customers within 8 km from Manila, Antipolo, Las Piñas, Ilocos, and up to 10 km from Magnolia.
  2. Applicable for mall pick-up or delivery transactions.
  3. Valid for same-day or up to 3 days advance order. Orders placed beyond the promo period will no longer be honored with the discount.
  4. The delivery service area must be within 8 km from Robinsons Antipolo, Las Piñas, Ilocos, Manila, and 10 km from Robinsons Magnolia.
  5. One transaction per household. MallDash reserves the right to cancel orders that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of the system).
  6. Customers may avail of non-exclusive mall promos for stores that allow MallDash transactions. Subject to the storeʼs own promo mechanics.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All orders will be verified via an initial call. If unanswered after 3 call attempts in a span of 30 minutes, the order will be canceled.
  2. Order fulfillment will depend on the volume of orders per day. The Customer will be updated on the best possible delivery time.
  3. Change of delivery address will be canceled and will require rebooking of the order.
  4. Customers must present a valid government-issued ID when receiving orders.
  5. MallDash operating hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
