- Delivery coverage area: We offer delivery within an 8KM radius from Robinsons Manila, Antipolo, Las Pinas, and Ilocos Norte, and a 10KM radius from Robinsons Magnolia.
- Order timeframe: This promo is valid for same-day or up to 3 days in advance orders. Orders placed beyond the promo period will no longer be eligible for the discount.
- One transaction per household, per day: To ensure fairness, each household is limited to one transaction only per day. MallDash reserves the right to cancel orders that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, such as cases of system abuse.
- Non-exclusive mall promos: Customers may still avail of non-exclusive mall promos for stores that allow MallDash transactions. Please note that these promotions are subject to the respective store’s own mechanics and terms.

- Go to www.malldash.ph or download the MallDash app on Google Play.
- Create an account: Sign up and create your account. Fill in the necessary information to complete the registration process.
- Select your preferred mall and shop: Choose the mall where you want to shop and add items to your cart from multiple stores. If you prefer, you can also use our convenient Pabili service by manually typing or uploading an image of your orders.
- Review your transaction: Take a moment to review your transaction details. Check the items in your cart, ensure your name, address, and contact information are accurate and up to date.
- Apply the promo code: Use code FULLCARTLESS300 before checking out, don’t forget to enter the promo code provided to avail of the discount. The total amount will be automatically adjusted to reflect the deducted discount. For orders with Pabili transactions, your assigned Dasher will provide you with the discount and final amount.
- Choose your payment method: MallDash offers flexible payment options. You can pay in cash, use GCash, or opt for a bank transfer when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- Verification of orders: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our team will make an initial call to verify your order. Please make sure to be available and responsive. If we are unable to reach you after three call attempts within a span of 30 minutes, your order will be cancelled.

- Delivery Address Change: Please note that once an order is placed, any changes to the delivery address will result in order cancellation. To update the delivery address, you will need to rebook your order with the correct information.
- ID Requirement: For security purposes, customers must present a valid government-issued ID upon receiving their orders. This is to ensure that the items are handed over to the rightful recipient.
- MallDash Operating Hours: MallDash operates in accordance with mall hours; however, you can place your orders in advance. This allows you to plan ahead and secure your items, even outside regular operating hours.
- Voucher Usage: The voucher provided as part of this promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
