- Delivery coverage area: We offer delivery within an 8 km radius from Robinsons Manila, Antipolo, Las Pinas, and Ilocos Norte, and a 10 km radius from Robinsons Magnolia.
- One freebie per transaction: To ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all customers, each customer who meets the minimum spend will receive one freebie. - Create an account: Sign up and create your account. Fill in the necessary information to complete the registration process. It’s quick and easy!
- Select your preferred mall and shop: Select a mall, go to Supermarket, and select any item you wish to purchase or manually type or upload orders on Pabili service. Click “Add to Cart”.
- Review your transaction: Take a moment to review your transaction details. Check the items in your cart, and ensure your name, address, and contact information are accurate and up to date.
- Apply the promo code: Before checking out, don’t forget to enter the FREECHICCUISINE promo code to avail of the discount.
- Choose your payment method: MallDash offers flexible payment options. You can pay via GCash, debit card, credit card, or cash on delivery!
- Verification of orders: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our team will make an initial call to verify your order. Please make sure to be available and responsive. If we are unable to reach you after three call attempts within a span of 30 minutes, your order will be canceled.

- Order Fulfillment: Our team strives to fulfill orders in as fast as 1 hour! In rare cases, delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders received on a given day. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery time to provide the best possible service.
- Delivery Address Change: Please note that once an order is placed, any changes to the delivery address will result in order cancellation. To update the delivery address, you will need to rebook your order with the correct information.
- ID Requirement: For security purposes, customers must present a valid government-issued ID upon receiving their orders. This is to ensure that the items are handed over to the rightful recipient.
- MallDash Operating Hours: MallDash operates in accordance with mall hours; however, you can place your orders in advance. This allows you to plan ahead and secure your items, even outside regular operating hours.
- Voucher Usage: The voucher provided as part of this promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
