All customers, both new and existing, may enjoy FREE DELIVERY if ever we’re late. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Delivery Coverage Area: Our 1-hour delivery guarantee is available within an 8 KM radius from Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Antipolo, Robinsons Las Pinas, Robinsons Ilocos Norte, and Robinsons Magnolia. Please note that deliveries beyond this radius are exempt from the free delivery service.
2. Exemptions. The following situations are exempted:
a. Large Item Deliveries: We understand that some items require special handling and may take longer to deliver such as furniture and big appliances.
b. Orders from more than 4 stores: To ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience, please note that orders with more than 4 stores may require additional processing time. We strive to deliver all orders promptly, but kindly understand that larger orders may take slightly longer to prepare and coordinate.
c. Waiting for certain items to be available in-store: If you’re willing to wait for a specific item to become available, the 1-hour delivery guarantee may not be applicable.
d. Customers searching for alternatives in multiple stores: We encourage you to explore different stores and find the best deal, but please note that this situation does not qualify for free delivery.
e. Non-responsive customers. In order to provide the best service to all our customers, we may need to exclude non-responsive customers from this offer.
- The Dasher arrives at the delivery address but receives no response after 3 attempts to contact the customer via phone or doorbell.
- The customer fails to provide accurate contact information or updates, making it difficult for the Dasher to reach them for delivery coordination.
- The customer does not respond to messages or calls after 3 attempts from the Dasher regarding order changes or updates, resulting in a delay in the delivery process.
- The customer is not available at the specified delivery address during the agreed-upon delivery time, despite prior communication and confirmation.
f. Promo Invalid Days: The 1-hour delivery guarantee is not valid on certain days, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and days of inclement weather such as storms and floods. Please understand that these circumstances are beyond our control.
3. Circumstances Beyond Our Control: Occasionally, there may be longer-than-normal queueing times in stores, which could impact the delivery time. While we strive to minimize any delays, please bear with us if unforeseen circumstances arise.
