- Open to all customers: This promo is available to all customers who place pick-up or delivery orders from selected stores located at Robinsons Manila, Antipolo, Las Pinas, Ilocos, and Magnolia.
- Delivery coverage area: We offer delivery within an 8KM radius from Robinsons Manila, Antipolo, Las Pinas, and Ilocos Norte, and a 10 km radius from Robinsons Magnolia.
- Two deals per transaction, each from different stores: To ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all customers and partner merchants, we kindly request that each customer limits their purchase to a maximum of two deals per transaction, with each deal coming from different stores. This way, everyone can fully enjoy our promotions and discounts. Please be aware that MallDash reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of being invalid or fraudulent, including instances of system abuse. We have put these measures in place to uphold the integrity of our platform and guarantee a positive shopping experience for all users.
- Non-exclusive mall promos: Customers may avail of non-exclusive mall promos for stores that allow MallDash transactions. Please note that these promotions are subject to the respective store’s own mechanics and terms.
- Multi-store orders: You can add items from other stores and restaurants to your cart. Note that the Dash Deal offer is applicable to specific items.

- Download the MallDash app on Google Play or App Store, or open your web browser and go to www.malldash.ph.
- Create an account: Sign up and create your account. Fill in the necessary information to complete the registration process. It’s quick and easy!
- Select your preferred mall and shop: Choose the mall where you want to shop and search for Buy 1, Get 1, Dash Deals store. Select the item you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, then checkout.
- Review your transaction: Take a moment to review your transaction details. Check the items in your cart, and ensure your name, address, and contact information are accurate and up to date.
- Apply the promo code: Before checking out, don’t forget to enter the promo code provided to avail of the discount.
- Choose your payment method: MallDash offers flexible payment options. You can pay in debit/credit card, mobile wallet, or cash upon receiving your order.
- Verification of orders: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our team will make an initial call to verify your order. Please make sure to be available and responsive. If we are unable to reach you after three call attempts within a span of 30 minutes, your order will be canceled.

- Order Fulfillment: Our team strives to fulfill orders in as fast as 1 hour! In rare cases, delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders received on a given day. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery time to provide the best possible service.
- Delivery Address Change: Please note that once an order is placed, any changes to the delivery address will result in order cancellation. To update the delivery address, you will need to rebook your order with the correct information.
- ID Requirement: For security purposes, customers must present a valid government-issued ID upon receiving their orders. This is to ensure that the items are handed over to the rightful recipient.
- MallDash Operating Hours: MallDash operates in accordance with mall hours; however, you can place your orders in advance. This allows you to plan ahead and secure your items, even outside regular operating hours.
- Voucher Code Usage: The voucher provided as part of this promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Prices and Availability: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Our dedicated Dashers will inform you of the most up-to-date price at the time of your order, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Please note that any price differences will be communicated to you before finalizing your purchase.
